Refund Policy
Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses.
As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the iProxel Consulting website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and the points below.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training / Instructor Led Training PMI/ACP:
iProxel Consulting Consultancy Private Limited , reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force- majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)In case iProxel Consulting cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. If a cancellation is done by a delegate more than 7 days, prior to the event day(excluding the event day), 20% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event day(excluding the event day), no refunds will be made. If the cancellation is done by the delegate, taxes paid by the delegate at the time of making the payment for the respective course is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.Note: All refunds will be processed only after the refund request is approved by iProxel Consulting.
- Cancellation &Refunds: Online Training / Online Extension PMP / ACP:
If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 80% refund will be made If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing, no refund will be made If the cancellation is done by the delegate, taxes paid by the delegate at the time of making the payment for the respective course is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstanceNote: All refunds will be processed only after the refund request is approved by iProxel Consulting.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Exam Simulator PMP / ACP:
If a cancellation is done by a delegate after making the payment, no refunds (including the taxes paid by the delegate) will be made. This policy would hold good with immediate effect after the payment is successfully completed for exam simulator Steps for Cancellation and Refunds
1) Kindly write a mail for cancellation of a particular order to support@iproxel.com with the subject line “Request for cancellation: course name”.
2) In the email body, please provide the following information:
a. Course ID
b. Course name
c. Name of the delegate
d. Registered email address
e. Registered mobile number
f. Date of purchase of the course
Please note: A verification check call might be done by iProxel Consulting before accepting the cancellation request Refund would be made in the same account through which the payment was made while placing the order
